Tapestry Dance Company's intermediate tap class builds on foundational technique with more complex rhythmic patterns, faster combinations, and improvisation exercises. Students explore different musical contexts for tap including swing jazz, Latin rhythms, and blues. A strong sense of rhythm is not required but students should have some prior tap experience or have completed the beginner series.
