About this class
In our Gyrotonic Tower Class, clients will focus on stretching and strengthening muscles while simultaneously stimulating and nourishing the connective tissues in and around the joints of the body. These exercises are coordinated with corresponding breathing patterns, enhancing aerobic and cardiovascular stimulation, balance, detoxification, increased oxygenation and circulation, and lymphatic movement. Specific to this class, the Tower will guide the body through natural spiraling movement. *Previous Gyrotonic experience is required.
