About this class
The aerial hoop, also known as a lyra, is made of metal and hangs from the ceiling. In this Level 2 class we will start working on skills at the top of the hoop and on dynamic movements, like small rolls or mini drops. In addition to all the poses, transitions, spins, and upside-down goodness, each class will include a warm-up, light conditioning, stretching, and a cool-down. Railroad Aerial Arts offer a diverse, safe space for anyone who is interested in joining the circus community. We welcome all ability levels and limitations, bodies, races, sexualities, genders, and religions.
