INTRO TO HEELS YOU MUST HAVE TAKEN SEVERAL POLE LEVEL 1 CLASSES BEFORE TAKING THIS CLASS. YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN HEELS. Wanna take your pole game up a level? Wanna add a new style to your resume? Intro to Heels is for you! We will be going right back to the beginning and working through ankle conditioning, anatomy of the shoe, basic spins, climbing and more! Along with understanding heels, we will be working on floorwork and basework on the pole. Having extensions on your feet means we need to work with them and how to make them work for us!
