About this class
This class is a little bit of everything! After the warm up we'll work on learning the differences between each apparatus and how your body feels in them. You'll get the chance to try two of our six apparatuses to see if the upside down life is for you! Our five apparatuses include: silks, sling, hoop, trapeze, pole, and lollipop.
