George's Camera has anchored San Diego's photography community from their North Park shop on 30th Street for over 50 years, running the only full-service pro photo lab in the city alongside a busy calendar of hands-on classes through George's Camera Academy. Workshops cover digital camera fundamentals, film photography, darkroom technique, black-and-white developing, and specialty formats taught by working San Diego photographers. Students leave each class with finished prints or developed rolls, not just theory.
