Design District
The Cookery Dallas is a hands-on cooking school in the Design District where small classes of up to 14 students cook a three-course dinner from scratch under the guidance of a culinary instructor. Each class focuses on a specific cuisine or theme, from Spanish tapas to Indian curries to Italian pasta, using locally sourced and organic ingredients when available. Participants enjoy complimentary snacks and a beverage on arrival, and all food prepared in class is eaten together at the end of the session.
