On select weekday evenings and Saturday mornings the bakers open the professional kitchen for pastry classes covering croissants, macarons, lemon meringue tarts, eclairs, and choux pastry. Classes are small and intimate, giving each student time at the bench with real baking tools and quality ingredients.
