French Quarter
New Orleans Cooking Experience offers small-group hands-on cooking classes in the French Quarter focused on classic Creole and Cajun dishes, with sessions capped at ten participants to keep instruction personal. Students prepare two or three dishes from scratch, covering techniques like making a dark roux, building gumbo, and cooking seafood in the Louisiana tradition, with the finished meal shared at the end of class. All ingredients, a printed recipe packet, and a souvenir apron are included, and no cooking experience is required.
