A nonprofit boathouse on the Charles River in Brighton that has made rowing accessible to all since 1985. The Harry Parker Boathouse facility includes 75+ rowing machines, a full weight room, and a fleet of shells for on-water training. The Learn to Row program starts adults from zero, covering sweep and sculling basics on the Charles. Coaches are experienced, and the community draws people who stay for years.
