Washington Flower School was founded in 2010 at Park Florist in Takoma Park, just steps from the DC border and easy to reach from Columbia Heights and Petworth. The school offers floral design workshops covering seasonal arrangements, centerpiece design, and bridal florals, with classes suitable for absolute beginners and experienced arrangers alike. Evening, Saturday, and Sunday workshops run throughout the year and last about 90 minutes each.
