The Studio Climbing opened in 2012 inside a converted movie theater in downtown San Jose, offering over 11,000 square feet of bouldering and lead climbing terrain including a 40-foot high lead cave. Intro-to-climbing classes and belay certification courses run throughout the week for adults of all fitness levels, with coaches on hand to teach footwork, movement technique, and safety fundamentals. Day passes and class memberships are available for first-timers looking to get on the wall.
