Bacardi Mixology Lab

The Bacardi Mixology Lab on Brickell runs cocktail-crafting workshops in a modern bar space designed for educational events. Participants are guided through classic Bacardi cocktails as well as original tropical builds, learning shaking, muddling, and layering technique from trained brand ambassadors who also explain the history and production of rum. The lab format means everyone makes every drink, and the session ends with a full-length cocktail hour using what the group just produced.
