Miami Brewing Company

Miami Brewing Company is one of South Florida's original craft breweries, operating out of a Homestead facility and running guided brewing workshops that have drawn enthusiasts from across Miami-Dade for years. Participants brew a batch of beer from grain to fermenter, learning mashing, lautering, boiling, and hop additions under the guidance of the head brewer. The session ends with a guided tasting of the brewery's current lineup and the brewed batch is ready to pick up four to six weeks later.
