Blade & Timber Axe Throwing

Blade & Timber opened its Capitol Hill location in a 6,900-square-foot space with 22 coached axe-throwing lanes and a full beer selection. Every lane includes a certified axe coach who teaches proper stance, grip, and release before stepping back to let participants throw at their own pace. The venue draws first-timers, date-night couples, and groups of friends who turn the coached throwing session into a friendly competition.
