School of Acrobatics and New Circus Arts

SANCA, the School of Acrobatics and New Circus Arts, is a Georgetown institution where adults learn flying trapeze, aerial silks, static trapeze, tumbling, juggling, trampoline, and more in a professionally equipped space designed for safety and skill development. The school offers both drop-in sessions and multi-week series classes across all levels, and the coaching staff makes challenging circus skills feel achievable and genuinely fun. Flying trapeze classes on the rig out back are a particular highlight, with a crew of supportive catchers and coaches guiding you through your first swings.
