Cucina Migrante is a private supper club and cooking school in Golden Hill run by a Sicilian chef who teaches regional Italian cooking through immersive hands-on classes. Sessions cover fresh pasta, Roman classics, Sicilian street food, and multi-course dinner menus using seasonal and imported ingredients. Classes run in small groups of six to ten people, making them as much a shared meal as a cooking lesson.
