The classes here are yoga, taught by people who spot the one thing you are doing wrong and fix it kindly. Somebody's stomach rumbles during the still bit and the whole class relaxes about it. The calendar right now runs from "Hot Yb" to "Recovery Restore". The hardest part really was just walking in the first time.
