You learn the grip and the spin, and your forearms will remember it tomorrow. It runs as a series, so it builds week to week. You hang and spin, and the floor being right there makes the brave stuff a lot less brave. You are lighter on your feet leaving than arriving, which never quite stops being a surprise.
