JL Patisserie

JL Patisserie is Scottsdale's top-rated French bakery and pastry school, offering baking classes taught by classically trained pastry chef Jenna Leurquin covering croissants, macarons, cinnamon rolls, sourdough, quiches, and seasonal specialties at their on-site teaching kitchen. Classes are small and technique-focused so students understand the why behind lamination, proofing, and tempering rather than just following a recipe. Participants leave with a box of their own freshly baked goods and the skills to recreate them at home.
