About this class
Being upside down stops being alarming somewhere around the fourth attempt. It runs as a series, so it builds week to week. You will hang, climb, and probably flip a little, much closer to the ground than you feared. You leave loose, a little sweaty, and moving like your body remembered something it forgot.
