Level V poses and transitions often involve very few points of contact and you will begin executing inverted moves and transitions with only your hands contacting the pole. You will begin to develop the ability to go from upright to inverted (and vice versa) quickly and gracefully, with strength and control. An advanced level of strength and flexibility is required.
