About this class
If you have been working Level II and are feeling ready to start moving into your first inverted tricks and transitions, this split level class is a good start. Also if you are working Level III and want to get stronger, better form, and train both sides, this is the class. Intermediate level spins are introduced along with upright aerial poses and short floor combinations.
