Nothing here is fast. Poses are held long enough that the stretch stops being a stretch and starts being a decision. You breathe, bend, and hold, and somewhere in there the mental noise finally goes quiet. There is a move you could not do an hour ago that you can now do badly, which is the whole ladder.
