Kings County Distillery is the oldest operating whiskey distillery in New York City, set inside a former ironworks building in the Brooklyn Navy Yard. It makes bourbon, rye, and moonshine on site and runs guided whiskey tasting classes that teach you how to nose and taste a flight of its hand-crafted spirits. Sessions are guided, so you learn what you actually like.
