About this class
You climb, you wrap, you invert, and the floor looks much further away than it is. It runs as a series, so it builds week to week. You hang and spin, and the floor being right there makes the brave stuff a lot less brave. Somewhere around the end you stop counting and just move, and that is the bit you come back for.
