Salt & Flour Kitchen

Salt & Flour Kitchen is a North Loop Italian restaurant that runs hands-on pasta making classes in its teaching kitchen, where a chef walks small groups through the full process of mixing, kneading, rolling, and cutting fresh pasta shapes from scratch. Classes are capped to keep the instruction personal, and participants sit down to enjoy the pasta they made at the end of the session. The North Loop location makes it an easy evening out, there is plenty to do in the neighborhood before or after.
