About this class
The sequence is familiar enough by the third round that you stop listening for the cue. It runs as a series, so it builds week to week. You will absolutely go the wrong way once, and it is always funnier than it is embarrassing. The soreness turns up tomorrow and is, annoyingly, quite satisfying.
