Come here for martial arts if you want your body to surprise you roughly once a session. By the last round your arms are jelly and your grin is enormous, roughly in proportion. The calendar right now runs from "Bca Taekwondo" to "Sparring Class". Somewhere around the end you stop counting and just move, and that is the bit you come back for.
