About this class

Come practice Making It Look Easy! In this class we'll be "drilling effortlessness" - working hard to make the transitions between static poses look graceful, intentional, fluid. We'll start by reviewing a couple transitions together, and then focus on body mechanics and self attunement to help us smoothly get from point A to point B. Fluidity with these movements will build strong foundations for higher level skills, such as intuitive improvisational flow and building choreography. This class will be adjusted to meet students where they are at.
