About this class
Bruises in odd places are normal and everyone compares them afterwards. It runs as a series, so it builds week to week. You will hang, climb, and probably flip a little, much closer to the ground than you feared. You are lighter on your feet leaving than arriving, which never quite stops being a surprise.
