About this class
You will need to have taken at least one Pole Level I class to take this class. It is also highly recommended that you are taking a Pole Levels class regularly in combination with this class. While we do cover dance combos in all regular classes, the entire focus in this class is about the DANCE. This class is more about taking spins and tricks that you already know and creating dances, rather than learning new tricks. As some weeks will highlight floorwork, it is recommended that you bring leg warmers/kneepads and socks/pole shoes (shoe rental available at the studio!
