This mobility and recovery class uses yoga principles to address the flexibility, balance, and body awareness needs of martial artists and high-intensity athletes, focusing on hip opening, shoulder mobility, and active stretching sequences that complement striking and grappling training. The instructor draws on experience with athletic populations to make the sessions functional and directly applicable to performance, not just general wellness. Open to all gym members and drop-in participants.
