A Saturday morning workshop focused on boxing technique drills, combination work, and conditioning, open to students of all levels from complete beginners to experienced boxers. The session moves through bag rounds, partner drills, and footwork exercises in a format that challenges everyone at their own pace. Gloves and hand wraps are available to borrow if you do not own your own gear yet.
