Improv for Everyday Life

About this class

The skills that make improv performers effective in scenes, including listening without interrupting, saying yes before evaluating, and staying in the moment rather than planning ahead, are exactly the skills that make people better communicators at work and in relationships. This workshop is designed for people with no performance interest who want to experience improv as a practical tool for communication and presence. You work through a series of partner and group exercises that are immediately applicable outside the classroom.
