First Class Cooking's Spanish tapas class in the SoMa loft teaches you to make four to five tapas including patatas bravas, gambas al ajillo, croquetas, and pan con tomate, covering the frying, sauteing, and braising techniques behind each dish. Chef Emily Dellas teaches at individual stations so you cook rather than watch. All ingredients are provided and the group eats together at the end.
