Colorado Sake Co.'s Thursday sushi class teaches you to roll hand rolls, maki, and inside-out uramaki with the restaurant's head chef in the heart of RiNo. The 75-minute hands-on session covers rice technique, fish handling, and the rolling process from start to finish, paired with two pours of house-brewed sake. All ingredients and tools are provided and you eat the sushi you made in the brewery dining room.
