About this class

In this class we begin working on: - Handspring / Ayesha - Pendulum to Phoenix - Tumbles, Drops, Flips and other dynamic movements - Intricate combos and challenging transitions between moves on Static and Spin pole - Progressions from Intermediate-level moves like Layback, Leg Hangs, Brass Monkey, Superman, etc. (examples of these more difficult moves include Iguana, Allegra, Pegasus, Titanic, etc.) Build your confidence and creativity as we learn advanced-level pole moves that build on the techniques learned in Intermediate class. You do the work yourself, with help right there when you need it.
