Colorado Sake Co.'s Monday sushi class at the RiNo brewery teaches beginner sushi rolling with the restaurant's head chef in a 75-minute hands-on session covering hand rolls, maki, and uramaki with two pours of house-brewed sake included. All ingredients and rolling tools are provided and you eat the sushi you made in the brewery dining room at the end.
