Nashville Music Academy offers a Tuesday afternoon songwriting workshop that covers the basics of song structure, chord progression choices, and lyric writing in a group format. The 90-minute session at the Nashville location gives participants a chance to write and share a verse or chorus by the end of class, with instructor feedback on melody and lyric craft. No prior music or songwriting experience is needed.
