About this class
You find the rhythm in your hips, laugh at yourself once, and then absolutely commit to it. It runs as a series, so it builds week to week. You drill the tricky eight-count until it is boring, which is exactly when it starts to look good. The soreness turns up tomorrow and is, annoyingly, quite satisfying.
