ODC's Latin Dance Grooves class covers the basic footwork, hip movement, and musicality of several Latin styles in a single session, giving you enough of each style to feel the differences and decide which one you want to pursue further. The class is high-energy and social rather than technique-intensive, designed to be genuinely fun from the first five minutes while still building real movement foundation. No partner is required.
