The Aerial Hoop 102 class builds on foundational circus skills to introduce students to the lyra (aerial hoop), a circular steel apparatus suspended from the ceiling. Students learn entrances, basic poses, transitions, and inversions while developing core strength and body control. Classes run at intermediate pace, welcoming students who have some aerial or gymnastics background and are ready to progress.
