Intermediate Watercolor with Dwayne Adams

Honolulu-based artist Dwayne Adams leads this Sunday watercolor class at Downtown Art Center for painters who have a basic handle on the medium and want to deepen their skill in composition, value structure, and color mixing. Six weekly sessions progress through increasingly complex subject matter drawn from Hawaii's diverse landscapes, botanical subjects, and architectural scenes. Students should have some prior watercolor experience and will need to bring their own brushes and paints; paper is provided.
