BETA Academy's beginner Muay Thai class introduces the fundamental striking weapons: jabs, crosses, hooks, roundhouse kicks, teep push kicks, elbows, and knees. Coaches spend time on each technique before students drill combinations on heavy bags and Thai pads, building both skill and conditioning simultaneously. The class is designed specifically for adults with no prior martial arts experience.
