Saturday afternoon at Straightaway Cocktails brings together small groups to learn the art of handcrafted cocktails in a two-hour session that covers technique, spirit knowledge, and the creative process behind a well-balanced drink. Students make and enjoy four cocktails during class, guided step by step by a Straightaway mixologist who explains the why behind each recipe alongside the how. Paired snacks, recipe cards, and a complimentary guided spirits tasting round out the experience.
