Aerial Cirque Over Denver's Monday intro silks class teaches climbs, wraps, and beginner poses on the fabric with a spotter and crash mats in place. The Level 1 format assumes no experience, strength, or flexibility going in. You finish with a set of foundational silks skills and a real feel for how aerial training builds over time.
