This beginner class introduces aerial silks from the ground up, covering how to climb, wrap, and perform simple drops safely with certified instructors spotting every student. No upper body strength or gymnastics background is required, just a willingness to try something new at height. By the end of the class you will have completed your first climb and a basic figure-eight wrap.
