A Saturday morning class combining Muay Thai technique with cardio conditioning, running through bag rounds, partner drills, and strength circuits that build both skill and fitness simultaneously. The session draws students from all levels and moves at a pace where beginners can follow along while experienced students work at full intensity. Bring water and wear athletic shoes; gloves and hand wraps are available to borrow.
