Ceramic Souls' hand building workshop teaches slab construction, coil building, and pinch techniques for creating ceramic forms without a wheel. Students choose their own project direction with guidance from instructors who help with structural planning and surface texture decisions along the way. All pieces made during the workshop are bisque and glaze fired in the studio kilns and ready for pickup about two weeks after the class.
